I upload the animated image (I'm saving it as a .gif), then when it's ready, I open it, but it's now opening into Paint & then the picture isn't moving/animated. It's just a still image.
Sorry, paint doesn't support animated images. If you want to view it, upload it to LunaPic, on of the few editors that support animation.
