something buggy with beta paint tool, loading small 100x100 px .gif image centered in square, loads off center in the paint app, irreparably clipping part of image. resizing canvas to 200x200, image is no longer centered, but off center upper left, loading that into paint app hoping large canvas would give room for the clipping, still doesn't work as image is still clipped.
